Although carriers are currently delivering domestic orders on schedule, there may be times when service is delayed. We encourage our customers to allow additional time for deliveries during this unprecedented season.
                     
While we make every effort to deliver international orders, service to some areas may be delayed or suspended. Please Click here to see the current state of deliveries to your country.

Turnaround 

Orders are shipped within 72 hours Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM (Eastern Time).  No orders will be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. 

Carriers

We use the following carriers and services:

  • UPS Ground:  Delivery within 5-10 business days to US addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • USPS Media Mail:  Delivery within 1-3 weeks to US addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Please allow an additional week for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • USPS Priority Mail:  Delivery within 4-7 business days to most US addresses in the 48 contiguous states.  Please allow an additional 1-3 days for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • USPS Priority Mail International:  Delivery within 7-14 business days to Canada and approximately 10-21 business days to most other countries.  Customs clearance may require additional time for the order to be released to it's final destination.
Please allow an additional week for delivery to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses. 

Shipping Rates

The rates charged for shipping are based on the weight of the order, speed of delivery and the final destination.

Shipping rates and carrier options will be presented on the checkout page after you enter your address and before you enter payment information.  You will have the option to cancel the order before submitting payment details.

Christmas 2023
 
Orders placed by midnight on December 5, 2023 will be delivered* by Christmas (USA Addresses only).  *Although our carriers do their very best to deliver in all types of weather, if there are significant weather delays at the destination or carrier facilities, the order may not arrive before Christmas.
